About the role
As a Lead Product Analyst in our Growth pillar, you’ll be focusing on driving virality and optimising the incrementality of our product-led growth channels. You’ll work as part of a cross-functional squad alongside product manager, user researcher, designer, and engineers. You’ll bring a technical, product-led approach to our growth and virality loop: breaking down every element of acquisition and lifetime value - investigating and improving our understanding, running experiments and working closely with teams across the business to drive these metrics forward.
You’ll also sit within the wider data function here at Cleo; a hotshot chapter of 60 Machine Learning Engineers, Product Analysts, and Analytic Engineers with significant industry experience who are at the heart of everything we do at Cleo.
What you’ll be doing
- Enabling the rapid growth of our business; understanding the ecosystem of our business and identifying the highest impact areas for product-led growth.
- Defining key virality metrics and tracking KPIs to analyse what really matters. You’ll closely monitor our K-factor and find opportunities to improve it.
- Leading the measurement of ROI, incrementality, and cannibalisation of new viral initiatives.
- Influencing the roadmap of product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations.
- Applying graph theory and building network models to uncover new viral opportunities.
- Working closely with engineers to make sure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights.
About you
We are looking for a self-starter, focused on results, with a demonstrated success in using analytics to drive the understanding, growth, and success of a product.
- 5+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis within a digital product environment. You are no stranger to funnel analysis and driving product improvements through data-based insights.
- Track record of success in working in viral products or referral programs.
- Significant experience conducting large-scale A/B experiments.
- You are technically strong. We are looking for someone with excellent SQL and python skills who have previously built predictive models and/or graph models.
- Knowledge of statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing, regressions). Bonus if you have a strong understanding of Graph Theory and Network Modelling.
- Strong ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a concise and engaging manner
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Periscope.
