- Analyse compa-ratios, band penetration, and pay distribution across teams to identify risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with FP&A on compensation forecasting and reward cost planning.
- Partner with People Ops to run seamless salary and equity review cycles, including logic setup, systems testing, and calibration readiness.
- Ensure data quality and logic integrity across Pave, Lattice, and HRIS systems.
Support executive compensation and LTIP modelling for senior hires and high-impact roles. - Act as a trusted advisor to Talent Partners and Hiring Managers on offer benchmarking, comp placement, and equity mechanics.
Provide training and toolkits to upskill stakeholders in Cleo’s comp philosophy, banding structure, and reward practices. - Contribute to strategic reward projects (e.g. geo-differentiated pay, incentive design, option pool management).
About you:

- Exposure to UK gender pay gap reporting or US comp disclosures
- Experience advising on compensation during scaling (e.g. building roles, adjusting for new markets, defining performance multipliers)
- STEM degree or similar
What do you get for all your hard work?
- A competitive compensation package (base + equity) with bi-annual reviews, aligned to our quarterly OKR planning cycles. You can view our public progression framework and salary bandings here: https://cleo-ai.progressionapp.com/ Depending on experience we can pay up to £113k p.a.

If there’s anything we can do to accommodate your specific situation, please let us know.
UK App access: The Cleo app is no longer downloadable in the UK (but only until next year). If you’re an existing user, you’ll still have access to the app. But some features won’t be available (just for a little while). Why? 99% of our users are based
in the US – where financial health is often overlooked. We’ve decided to shift our focus to where we can provide the most value and make the greatest impact for users who need it most. Then we’ll be able to apply what we learn to better support our UK users in the future.
