Job Title: Technical Program Associate

Location: Bangalore
Department: R&D

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Program Associate to support our R&D Technical Program Management team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, program execution, and process improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product management, Services, and Support—to help drive project execution, track progress, and improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination: Assist in tracking and managing technical programs, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Project Execution Support: Work with stakeholders to maintain timelines, identify risks, and manage dependencies.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain dashboards, status reports, and documentation to provide visibility into project progress.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest optimizations for better execution.
  • Risk & Change Management: Support risk assessment activities and help manage scope changes effectively.
  • Release Support: Assist in coordinating software releases by working with development and QA teams.
  • Cross-Geo Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with globally distributed teams across different time zones to drive program execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience collaborating with development teams. Experience in technical program management, project coordination, technical operations, or business analysis within a technology-driven environment is a valuable advantage.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and software development processes.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Other Atlassian or similar technologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-geo teams, managing dependencies and risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to track and improve processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to technical concepts such as APIs, cloud computing, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines (familiarity with AWS concepts is a plus).
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team environment, handling different time zones.
  • Basic knowledge of risk management and change management practices in a technology setting.
