Principal Implementation Engineer
Cleo is seeking a Principal Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team, where you will provide implementation and consulting services to our esteemed customers. The ideal candidates will have a robust understanding of EDI/B2B integration products, EDI mapping, business process orchestration, and communication protocols such as AS2 and SFTP, as well as API integration, designing integration patterns, and solution architecture.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborate with customers to comprehend their business requirements.
- Design architecture for Cleo cloud customers.
- Develop EDI maps and business processes.
- Establish communication setups with trading partners for AS2 and SFTP.
- Create unit test plans and conduct unit testing.
- Assist with system integration testing and user acceptance testing, resolving any issues that arise.
- Conduct performance testing for high-volume customers and optimize integrations to achieve the desired performance.
- Develop support documentation and transition projects to support teams.
- Formulate go-live plans and warranty support plans.
- Collaborate effectively with other internal departments to ensure the highest level of customer support.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership over customer systems, addressing issues until they are fully resolved.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established time constraints.
Your Qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years of experience with various EDI integration products.
- Strong understanding of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
- Experience with XML, flat files, and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with transfer protocols such as AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, and HTTP/S.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of SQL queries and joins.
- Knowledge of performance tuning techniques.
- A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
