Who you are:
You’re a strategic and hands-on marketer with a passion for building scalable marketing programs from the ground up. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy experimenting with innovative strategies to drive growth. As a proactive team player, you're eager to take on a foundational role where you can make a significant impact on our company's marketing efforts.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads across key platforms
- Design and implement ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts
- Drive the creation and distribution of engaging content and manage social media strategies to build brand awareness and engage with potential customers.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns
- Build and maintain detailed analytics and user workflow pipelines to track and report on the performance of campaigns
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals, ensuring a seamless experience across the customer journey.
What you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and ABM.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth start-up.
- Proven expertise in social media management (Linkedin, X, YouTube), content marketing, and paid digital advertising.
- Experience building multi-channel lead gen campaigns and executing content syndication.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building detailed analytics pipelines and optimizing workflows based on campaign performance data.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Located in San Francisco Bay Area, willing to come into our office 5 days a week
