Event and Field Marketing Manager

Who you are:
You’re an experienced and dynamic event marketer who thrives on creating memorable experiences that drive customer engagement and pipeline growth. With proven success in both online and offline B2B event strategies, you bring creativity, collaboration, and a results-oriented mindset to every event you manage. You’re excited to take on a key role in building and executing Clerk Chat’s event marketing strategy from the ground up.
What you will do:
- Lead event marketing strategy, including trade shows, webinars, and key industry events.
- Plan and execute all event-related logistics, including pre- and post-event communications.
- Drive lead generation through trade shows, CABs, and field events in partnership with sales and marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategy with business goals.
- Secure speaking opportunities and represent Clerk Chat at industry events.
- Develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns around events.
- Track and report event performance based on pipeline growth and MQL metrics.
What you will need:
- 4+ years of field and events marketing experience in the B2B space. Experience in telecom is preferred.
- Proven ability to articulate value propositions differently according to industry and customer needs
- Proven experience in both online and offline event execution, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows, with the ability to articulate value propositions according to industry and customer needs.
- Demonstrated success working closely with sales teams and driving marketing-influenced pipeline.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and G-Suite.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
