As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in helping independent and small group practices discover our platform and unlock growth through smarter, membership-based care. You will be reporting to the Director of SMB Sales.

This position offers a total comp of $97,000 OTE: $70,000 base plus $27,000 variable for quota attainment, with potential to earn more for over-performance, as well as company equity.

The Day-to-Day 

You’ll do more than build pipeline — this role helps shape how we scale outbound. The focus is on high-quality, multi-threaded outreach to dental practices, especially those with multi-location or high-revenue potential. Alongside driving new opportunities, you'll play a key role in mentoring SDRs and refining outbound processes across the team. This includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • Generate qualified pipeline through strategic outbound outreach
  • Prioritize and personalize outreach based on account potential, past engagement, and data insights
  • Re-engage cold or passive leads with thoughtful messaging and persistence
  • Collaborate with AEs to improve handoff efficiency and opportunity quality
  • Act as a peer mentor to SDRs by sharing best practices, review messaging, and support onboarding
  • Influence outbound playbooks and lead qualification criteria through tested experience
  • Track activities, pipeline impact, and feedback in Salesforce to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Represent the sales team in pilot campaigns as needed

To Be Successful

  • You have 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech-enabled industries
  • You possess a strong outbound foundation, especially in booking meetings from net-new leads
  • You have experience working multi-location or higher-value deals preferred
  • You are skilled in discovery, objection handling, and business-level conversations
  • You can prioritize accounts and build your own outreach flow without relying on templates
  • You are comfortable mentoring peers or onboarding new hires
  • You are familiar with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools
  • You are legally authorized to work permanently in the US without employer sponsorship
  • And you have a bachelor’s degree in anything. We mean it! Business, History, Cooking (actually, that could be incredibly useful) … anything.
