Head of Partnerships

As the Head of Partnerships, you will be the face of our company in the dental industry. This is not a role you inherit — it's one you build. We're in a blue ocean moment: dental practices and groups across the country are actively looking for what we offer, and we need someone who can find them, connect with them, and turn those conversations into lasting partnerships. If you're the type who sees an open market and gets excited rather than overwhelmed, this is your role. This role reports directly to the CEO.
The Day-to-Day
You’ll champion Clerri’s membership platform across the dental industry — at conferences, in offices, and everywhere in between. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Get creative to identify and reach the right partners through events, outreach, and networking
- Build and grow a strong pipeline through cold outreach, warm introductions, and relationship building
- Project manage partner onboarding from signed agreement through full launch
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding trainings to set partners up for success
- Maintain and deepen partner relationships to drive engagement and adoption
- Identify new opportunities within existing partnerships to support growth
- Help build and improve the infrastructure needed to scale the partner program
To Be Successful

- Starting with the obvious: you are PASSIONATE! (Seriously, you must LOVE what you do!)
- You have 3–5+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, or Sales.
- You have a demonstrated ability to build programs, not just manage them.
- You possess strong project management skills across multiple concurrent relationships.
- You are an excellent communicator, presenter, and relationship builder.
- You have the willingness and ability to travel frequently (expected 40–60%).
- You are legally authorized to work permanently in the US without employer sponsorship.
- And you have a bachelor’s degree in anything. We mean it! Business, History, Cooking (actually, that could be incredibly useful) … anything.
