Senior Director of Marketing

United States

At Clerri, we’re a team of builders, believers, and bold thinkers driven by one mission: to remove the barriers between patients and providers through memberships that improve access to care and help practices thrive. Simply put, we bring care closer. Backed by a smart platform and a thoughtful team, we deliver the most trusted solution in the market.

As our Senior Director of Marketing, you will own and drive Clerri’s marketing vision across a B2B2C landscape — spanning dental practices, DSOs, consumers, and employers. You will set the strategic direction for our brand, demand generation, content, and product marketing functions, and will be accountable for building the organizational capabilities and cross-functional partnerships needed to scale. This position reports directly to the CEO.

While this is a fully remote position open to candidates across the United States, we are actively prioritizing candidates based in Utah and encourage local applicants to apply.

This role offers a total compensation package with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $220,000–$240,000, inclusive of base salary and performance-based incentives, plus equity participation. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

The Day-to-Day

You will own marketing strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, content, product marketing, PR, and advertising. Your leadership will shape how Clerri shows up in the market and how we grow. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Define and own Clerri’s marketing strategy, including brand positioning, demand generation, content, product marketing, and partner marketing — aligned to company revenue goals and growth targets.
  • Build a high-performing marketing organization, including external agencies and consultants, cultivating a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive full-funnel demand generation strategy across all channels, SEO, SEM, paid media, social, events, PR, and influencer — with a focus on pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development at a senior level to align marketing investment with revenue priorities and customer lifecycle goals.
  • Establish and govern marketing measurement frameworks: define KPIs, lead reporting to executive leadership, and drive a culture of data-informed decision-making.
  • Build scalable, well-documented processes for lead generation, partner-facing marketing, and campaign execution that support rapid organizational growth.
  • Lead Clerri’s go-to-market strategy for new products and market expansions in collaboration with Product and executive leadership.
  • Manage and elevate Clerri’s external presence, including media relations, customer communications, and industry partnerships.
  • Serve as a marketing thought leader internally, bringing industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market insights to executive conversations.

To Be Successful

Do these things sound like you? Yes? Great, you’re already on the path to success at Clerri.

  • Starting with the obvious: you are PASSIONATE! (Seriously, you must LOVE what you do!)
  • You have 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior marketing leadership role with full ownership of strategy, team, and budget.
  • You have a proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs in a B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environment — ideally in healthcare, dental, or technology.
  • You have demonstrated success driving demand generation across multiple channels and translating marketing investment into measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • You are deeply fluent in digital marketing — SEO, SEM, paid media, social, marketing automation — and know how to evaluate and deploy these channels at scale.
  • You bring a growth marketing mindset: you are hypothesis-driven, comfortable with experimentation, and skilled at pivoting based on data without losing momentum.
  • You have the executive presence and communication skills to represent marketing at the leadership table and influence strategy across the organization.
  • You have strong financial acumen and experience owning and optimizing a marketing budget.
  • You are legally authorized to work permanently in the US without employer sponsorship.

To Thrive

We’re a forward-thinking, passionate, and values-driven team that leads with empathy - and if the following things sound like you, you won’t just settle in. You’ll thrive with us.

  • You’re a builder at heart — energized by the opportunity to shape the department from the ground up and leave a lasting mark on a category-defining company.
  • You have a track record of developing and inspiring high-performing teams, including managers, and know how to attract, retain, and grow exceptional marketing talent.
  • You are a natural cross-functional leader who builds trust quickly and drives alignment across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
  • You balance strategic vision with operational rigor — you can set the direction and also build the systems and discipline to execute against it consistently.
  • You are self-motivated, self-aware, and self-disciplined, with a strong ability to lead through ambiguity and influence change at the organizational level.
  • You are open-minded and resilient — you see challenges as opportunities and bring a positive, solutions-forward energy to every room you’re in.
  • You have experience with enterprise marketing tech stacks (Pardot, Salesforce, Asana, or similar) and can evaluate, evolve, and champion the tools your team needs to succeed.
  • You bring a point of view on where the dental or healthcare membership market is heading — and you know how to position Clerri to win there.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
