We are looking for a Merchandising Specialist who will drive strategic growth on Amazon for our internal brands US Cargo Control and Fasteners Plus!
This team member will move with urgency, set clear expectations, and hold themselves accountable. When solutions aren't clear, they will stay curious, research new approaches, and embrace opportunities to learn, grow, and improve. - Establish item pricing that maximize gross profit dollars, with the goal of hitting target margins while keeping sales velocity high.
Project Management:
- Scope project work thoroughly and align with stakeholders in advance of execution to avoid rework and minimize feedback.
- Utilize repeatable tools and processes to ensure efficient execution.
- Deliver high-quality work, in accordance with project milestones.
Inventory Management:
- Identify the optimal fulfillment method for products, considering item dimensions, freight costs, and marketplace fees.
- Collaborate with Amazon Inventory Specialist to maintain optimal FBA inventory allocation.
- Update product merchandising and advertising, as needed, to address and avoid excess FBA inventory.
Ideal Qualifications:
