What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work to create and maintain a clean, safe, high performing work environment at all times.   
  • Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain productive and efficient standard work by way of continuous improvement/lean manufacturing that allows the company to be profitable and sustainable.   
  • Executing excellent work while all safety measures are observed and abided by to ensure the safety of yourself and team members.
  • Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.
  • Promoting great interdepartmental relationships to ensure brand promise is consistently met by means of effective and respectful communication.   
  • Staying familiar with all brands and ensuring quality products are packaged and shipped out to customers in a way that promotes a great customer experience while minimizing waste.  
  • Safely and efficiently unloading trucks and containers that are both palletized and floor loaded.
  • Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.    
  • Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate at our South Carolina location, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.   
  • Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO.

Starting pay:
Full-time: $18 - 19/hr based on experience
