Clickstop is looking for top talent to join our sales team as an Inbound Sales Representative!  What does this mean? 

  • The way we do inside sales at Clickstop is different from traditional inside sales. Make sure to ask us about it! 
    • In this role, you are the true owner and director of inbound calls for the customer.  
    • Customer service and account management responsibilities are owned by other teams that you would collaborate with daily to meet the customer needs. 
  • Taking the first step in an established growth path towards a Business Development Consultant role for interested and qualified internal Inside Sales employees. 
    • Dedicating ~9 months to developing highly impactful skills and relationships as an Inbound Sales Representative is required before consideration of a change in role.  
    • Collaborating with team members and leaders to intentionally work towards attaining the skills necessary with your future in mind.  
  • Gaining foundational skills and knowledge that you will utilize with our Fasteners Plus customers as their key resource. 
  • Being highly aligned with Clickstop’s Core Values, mission, values, strategies and goals along the way, driving our culture and business forward.

    • As a result of the team mentality at Clickstop, we do not have a commission structure in place for our sales roles. This is truly a team! 

Qualifying Customers: 

    • Handling inbound phone calls directly or connecting the customer with the best suited department or individual to provide the best customer experience. 
    • Focusing on sales growth and profitability.  
    • Maximizing customer interactions through upselling, cross selling, or creating customer awareness of other products and Clickstop brands. 
    • Executing daily responsibilities with product & application expertise. 
    • Taking ownership of your efforts which directly impact new customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and profitability.  

Customer Support: 

    • Recognizing and identifying customers’ needs. 
    • Openly discussing and relaying information with stellar follow-up and execution, both internally and externally. 
    • Demonstrating a commitment to our brand promise (What They Want, When They Need It) by being attentive to customers. 
    • Providing a level of knowledge, expertise, and service that no competitor can match.  

 

What we value in this role: 

  • Three years of sales experience or the equivalent.  
  • Eagerness to learn new markets and products, take on new opportunities, and question existing methods with the intention of improvement. 
  • Views challenges and down-time as an opportunity to grow and make great things happen. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, platforms, methods of communication simultaneously and successfully. 
  • Awareness of your strengths, those of your team members, and how to use all of them effectively. 
  • Bonus: Fluency in Spanish

Note:For remote work, internet speeds of 20 mbps are required. In order to be considered for a remote role at Clickstop, residence must be in one of the following states: Iowa, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Florida. We do not hire outside of the US. This role is hybrid capable with several onsite requirements.
