Clickstop is looking for top talent to join our inside sales team as an Inside Sales Specialist!  What does this mean?

  • The way we do inside sales at Clickstop is different from what you may think about traditional inside sales. Make sure to ask us about it!
    • You are the primary owner of inbound customer calls and would collaborate daily with Customer Service and Business Development teams to holistically meet customer needs.
  • Taking the first step in an established growth path towards a Business Development Consultant role for interested and qualified Inside Sales employees. 
    • Dedicating time to developing highly impactful skills and relationships as an Inside Sales Specialist is required before consideration of a change in role.
    • Gaining foundational skills and knowledge that you will utilize with our Fasteners Plus customers as their key resource.
  • Winning and losing as a team. As Employee Owners, when Clickstop wins, we win!
    • As a result of the team mentality at Clickstop, we do not have a commission structure in place for our sales roles. This is truly a team!

 

What you’ll be doing:

Sales & Customer Support Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships through responsive, consultative communication across phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and recommend solutions that align with customer goals and business objectives.
  • Manage quotes, orders, follow-up, and issue resolution with accuracy, urgency, and strong attention to detail.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support seamless customer experiences while identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and customer outcomes.

This role is Hybrid with weekly onsite requirements in Urbana, IA. For remote work, internet speeds of 20 mbps are required. To be considered for a remote role at Clickstop, residence must be in one of the following states: Iowa, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina or Pennsylvania. 

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
