About the Role:
The Director, Marketing (Rx & OTC) is a senior marketing leader responsible for translating brand strategy into high-impact execution across HCP and patient audiences for our prescription digital therapeutics (PDTs), as well as leading commercialization and growth marketing across DTC and consumer channels for our over-the-counter (OTC) product line. As part of a small and agile marketing organization, this role requires the ability to wear multiple hats, owning certain areas of execution directly while also providing leadership, integration, and oversight across campaigns spanning both prescription (Rx) and OTC channels.
While a Director may have a primary area of expertise (e.g., HCP promotion, patient/DTC, or OTC growth marketing), this role is intentionally broad to ensure cohesive brand storytelling and coordinated market-shaping efforts across stakeholders, spanning both the Rx portfolio and the OTC product line. Strong AI fluency is a core expectation, with responsibility for embedding AI-enabled insights, content development, analytics, and omnichannel optimization into the marketing operating model. This role also requires hands-on performance marketing and growth marketing expertise to drive OTC customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
This role is expected to operate with high autonomy, visibility, and accountability.
This position can be based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities or at our industrious office in Boston, MA. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 4 days in office each week.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of integrated HCP, patient, and DTC marketing strategies for one or more brands.
- Translate brand strategy and value propositions into compelling narratives, messaging frameworks, and promotional materials.
- Oversee development and execution of branded and unbranded campaigns to shape the market for PDTs, and translate Rx-grounded clinical credibility and scientific rigor into consumer-facing creative for the OTC product.
- Partner closely with performance/growth marketing partners and agencies on DTC and consumer campaigns, including audience targeting, media planning, and measurement.
- Guide omnichannel and digital marketing strategies across professional and consumer audiences, and own performance marketing and growth marketing execution for the OTC product (paid social, paid search, SEO/SEM, CRM/email, and affiliate/marketplace channels).
- Ensure compliant development, review, approval, and deployment of promotional materials.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools for audience segmentation, content generation, performance optimization, and analytics.
- Own OTC performance marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV) and drive continuous, data-driven testing and optimization of growth marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs on scientific communications and KOL engagement.
- Support congress strategy, field enablement materials, and training content as needed.
- Mentor and guide Managers and Senior Managers while remaining hands-on where required.
