What to Expect as a Credit Analyst:
As a Credit Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analyzing personal and business financials, creating comprehensive loan approval packages and making recommendations to senior management and credit committees. This role also monitors the existing loan portfolio performance and creates loan reports.
What You’ll Contribute in This Role:
Financial Analysis, Credit Evaluation & Decision Support
• Analyze personal and business financials for potential and existing loan customers.
• Create comprehensive loan approval packages and identify any policy exceptions.
• Present recommendations to senior management and credit committees.
Portfolio Monitoring, Reporting & Data Management
• Perform required monitoring of existing loan portfolio performance.
• Assist in the due diligence process for audits and exams.
• Maintain various loan related databases.
• Utilize Power BI to create loan reports.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance.
- Prior banking experience

Banking & Fintech Acumen- You are highly educated in financial products and services, applicable regulations and laws related to credit and underwriting. You possess an excellent ability to read, understand and spread financial documents and reports.
Tech-Forward and Analytical Thinking - You learn new tools quickly, are excited by innovation and leverage technology to optimize your work product. You have strong mathematical skills, possess strong proven Microsoft Excel skills, and are familiar or are willing to become familiar with Power BI.
