What to expect as a Sales Support Specialist
As the Sales Support Specialist, you will spearhead the sales support for the Executive Chairman’s “opportunities” (KO) team. Working directly with our Executive Chairman, you will support the contact maintenance and CRM management for the entire KO Team through appointment setting, data entry, sales operations, data mining and sales calls. You will also liaise closely with Marketing to help coordinate Marketing and Sales efforts. The position will be primarily remote with occasional presence in our physical branches.
What You’ll Contribute in This Role:
Sales Operations, CRM, and Data Management
•Data entry and management; write up sales calls and keep track of sales activities in Salesforce.
•Own operational aspects of the sales functions including outreach projects and merchandise management.
•Proactively assist with sales calls as directed, schedule sales calls and rigorous follow-up.
•Source customers as directed, research and find creative ways to mine data within the legal requirements.
•Assist with new business-related projects.
Marketing Programs and Support
•Maintain all contact marketing programs.
•Liaise closely with the Marketing team on marketing support and a seamless integration of Marketing and Sales activities.

What You’ll Leverage in this Role:
Education and Experience
•Recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
•Working knowledge of banking products and services strongly preferred
•Strong proficiency in sales techniques and processes

Banking & Fintech Acumen - You are highly educated in financial products and services, applicable regulations and laws, or willing to pursue related education promptly. You possess strong business acumen and understand the importance of strong sales support and aftercare.
Tech-Forward and Analytical Thinking – You learn new tools quickly, are excited by innovation and leverage technology to optimize your work product. You have a strong working knowledge of CRM tools, especially SalesForce.

The Work Environment:
- Remote role within the state of Florida, specifically Lake County, Florida.
- Occasional U.S. travel for company events.
