This is an opportunity for you to create structure, discipline, and consistency around investor engagement while partnering closely with executive leadership during an important stage of growth.

- Create repeatable processes, calendars, messaging frameworks, and reporting routines that bring structure to a newly added function.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executive leadership and the investment community, helping stakeholders understand the Company’s performance, purpose, and long-term value proposition.
Tell Our Growth Story with Credibility and Clarity
- Prepare investor presentations, shareholder communications, market updates, board-ready materials, and other executive communications that clearly articulate financial performance, strategic progress, and future opportunity.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and executive leaders to ensure investor-facing messaging is accurate, consistent, timely, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Translate complex financial, strategic, and banking concepts into concise, compelling narratives for sophisticated audiences.
Strengthen Stakeholder Confidence

- Stay informed of applicable regulatory requirements and complete all mandatory compliance and IT training.
- Pursue and demonstrate an understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Question suspicious activity and collaborate closely with the respective department(s) to help prevent fraudulent activity.
What Makes a Stand-Out Candidate:

A high-pace and high-performance environment excites you and you thrive on defined expectations.
Financial Acumen and Market Awareness- You understand how performance, capital, growth, risk, and reputation intersect in a regulated banking environment. You can interpret financial reports, market trends, valuation metrics, shareholder expectations, and peer activity, then convert those insights into practical recommendations for leadership.
