You will translate growth objectives into channel plans, campaign architecture, audience and keyword strategies, budgets, forecasts, and tests - then personally build and manage the campaigns that bring those plans to life. Partnering with Creative, Marketing Operations, business leaders, and Compliance, you will create the specialized in-house capability needed to make paid media efficient, accountable, and directly connected to business outcomes.

What You’ll Contribute in This Role:

  • Campaign Build, Buying & Platform Ownership - Build, traffic, launch, and quality-check campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, and other approved platforms. Own campaign structure, keywords, audiences, targeting, bids, exclusions, naming conventions, UTMs, and platform settings so execution is accurate, scalable, and well controlled.
  • Optimization & Experimentation - Monitor performance closely and make disciplined adjustments to bids, budgets, keywords, search terms, audiences, placements, creative rotation, and landing-page strategy. Build a continuous testing roadmap that improves conversion, acquisition economics, and the quality of customers and leads generated.
  • Budget, Pacing & Forecasting - Manage daily and monthly pacing, forecast spend and outcomes, identify risks early, and recommend reallocations across channels and campaigns. Maintain precise visibility into committed, actual, and projected media investment in partnership with Marketing Operations and Finance.
  • Measurement, Attribution & Insight - Partner with Marketing Operations and cross-functionally to ensure conversion tracking, UTMs, audience logic, and reporting are reliable. Analyze funnel performance, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion quality, and other business outcomes; translate findings into clear actions for leadership and channel partners.
  • Creative & Cross-Functional Partnership - Brief Creative on channel needs, provide evidence-based feedback, and identify the messages, formats, and assets required to improve results. Partner with Social, CRM, web, product, sales, and business-line teams so campaigns, landing experiences, lead handling, and measurement work as one connected system.
  • Mission, Risk & Responsible Media - Apply our mission and values to media choices while following bank policies, privacy requirements, platform rules, fair-lending considerations, and brand-safety standards. Partner with Compliance, Legal, IT, and subject-matter experts so targeting, claims, disclosures, data use, and campaigns are accurate, approved, secure, and responsible.

What You’ll Leverage in this Role:

  • Experience & Education - You have 5+ years of progressive paid media experience, including direct ownership of paid search and paid social strategy, buying, execution, and optimization in an agency, in-house team, or both. You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Paid Search Expertise - You bring advanced, hands-on command of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including campaign architecture, keyword strategy, match types, search-query analysis, negative keywords, bidding, quality signals, extensions, and conversion optimization.
  • Paid Social Expertise - You have deep experience with Meta Ads Manager and hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. You understand audience strategy, prospecting, retargeting, creative formats, platform learning, and the differences between lead-generation and conversion objectives.
  • Analytical & Financial Acumen - You are highly quantitative and comfortable managing budgets, forecasting outcomes, evaluating acquisition economics, and diagnosing performance. You can distinguish signal from noise and communicate what changed, why it matters, and what to do next.
