Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in recruiting exceptional talent to support Climate Lead’s ambitious 2030 strategic plan. In this part-time role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for junior- to mid-level positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers, leveraging your expertise to build diverse talent pipelines and foster an equitable and efficient hiring process.

Managerial Responsibilities

This role does not have any managerial or lead responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for 2-3 junior to mid-level hires per quarter.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling, inclusive job postings that resonate with diverse candidates.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build and maintain a robust, diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Utilize our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to manage the interview process, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
  • Guide candidates through the offer stage, aligning with Climate Lead’s compensation strategy, benchmarking data, and equity principles.

Process Improvements

  • Adhere to and champion Climate Lead’s recruitment processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement innovative solutions to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Business Partnership

  • Support and train hiring managers and interview teams on recruitment best practices, enabling our organization to learn and grow in alignment with our organizational values of care, collaboration, courage, growth mindset, integrity, and purpose.

Success Criteria

The successful candidate will be adept at running a recruitment process from the job description stage to hire, generate a diverse pipeline of qualified and talented candidates, and be familiar with recruiting talent in the climate, non-profit, and/or philanthropic advising space. 

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience running full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience using Greenhouse
  • LinkedIn Recruiter super-user
  • Expertise and network within the climate space are ideal
  • Experience supporting a small, growing organization to refine and scale its recruitment process is a plus

 

Work Environment

This position operates in a hybrid environment out of Climate Lead’s San Francisco office. 

Salary Range

The annual salary range for this part-time position is $70,000 - $90,000.
