About The Position
Clinical Architecture is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. In this critical role, the Security Analyst will be responsible for protecting our organization's digital assets by identifying vulnerabilities, monitoring threats, and implementing effective security measures. This role will work closely with our IT team to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information systems.
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor networks, systems, and applications for potential security breaches and anomalies.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, coordinate efforts to mitigate and remediate any issues.
- Develop and implement plans to safeguard digital data from accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure; adheres to emergency data processing needs.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and restrict access to sensitive, confidential, or other high-security data.
- Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
This role is required to be on site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters. Clinical Architecture offers ample flexibility to accommodate a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field required.
- At least three years of experience in a SOC or specialization in computer security is highly preferred.
- CISM or equivalent certification preferred but not necessary.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient, or able to gain proficiency with, a broad array of security software applications and tools.
- In-depth understanding of computer-related security systems including firewalls, encryption, password protection, and authentication.
