About The Position
Clinical Architecture is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager, Software Development, to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure an effective and efficient Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by creating and maintaining a project stack, project plans, and managing deliverables. As an integral member of the team, you will enable us to deliver high quality products on time. This role will work closely with stakeholders in Product Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Education.
This role is required to be on site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters. Clinical Architecture offers ample flexibility to accommodate a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to define the project scope and delivery date.
- Create and execute project plans and manage project milestones and timelines.
- Provide project management support through the entire SDLC.
- Plan, track, and report metrics on project performance to stakeholders and leadership committees.
- Assess risks and threats to projects and escalate.
- Collaborate with Product Management to manage projects and estimates within Jira Atlassian.
- Collaboratively manage the workload of team members across projects to ensure expected timelines are met.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of a project management framework and associated processes and templates.
- Good communication is essential, both verbally and written.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment including group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex, enterprise projects or programs.
- Familiarity with project management best practices, such as the PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Experience working in SDLC/Agile-hybrid environments, managing projects to deliver software solutions, and working as a project manager.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Project, and other project management tools is highly desirable.
- A working knowledge of Jira Atlassian.
- Experience in healthcare and/or familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus.
