About the Role
Clipboard Health is looking to revolutionize the healthcare staffing industry. The MTO (Market Takeover) team is at the forefront of this mission, running high-energy, in-person events across the country to boost sales and build Clipboard Health into a household name.
We are seeking a creative and energetic Growth Strategy Associate to join the MTO team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building the Clipboard Health brand and driving our growth through compelling in-person events. You'll have the opportunity to wear many hats, from event planning and execution, relationship building with customers, and really anything that’ll get us to our goals. This is a position perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing, events, making a real-world positive impact and connecting with customers and prospects in every way possible - on the phone, at their facilities, or at our events
What you'll do
- Travel up to 50% of the month to cities across the US to support and execute our in-person events.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of Project MTO events, from venue selection to on-site logistics.
- Engage with event attendees to foster a sense of community and build strong relationships with prospective customers in person.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless hand off to close deals.
- Track and analyze event outcomes and learnings, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Making calls to prospective customers when not at events.
- Contribute to the overall growth marketing strategy for Project MTO.

- A passion for our mission to lift people up the socioeconomic ladder.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Speed and bias for action. We move really fast, which means flexibility and adaptability are key to succeeding here.
- Willingness and ownership – if there is something that needs to get done, you do it instead of waiting for someone else to do it.
- Prior experience in marketing, event planning, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

What We Offer
- Estimated annual earnings: $65,000 - $95,000 USD. This role is eligible for a performance bonus. Each candidate's compensation offer within this range will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and geographic location.
