Marketing Supervisor

Cloud9 Cannabis is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Marketing Associate to support our store-level marketing efforts. This role is a great fit for someone who understands the cannabis space and wants to grow within a fast-paced retail environment. You'll be hands-on with building and managing digital promotions through platforms like Dutchie, supporting social content creation, and collaborating closely with our HQ marketing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and update product deals and promotions on Dutchie and related digital menu platforms
• Collaborate with HQ marketing to align on brand-wide campaigns while tailoring promotions to Cloud9’s unique retail needs
• Maintain local promotional calendars and ensure campaigns and events are executed on time and successfully
• Assist with the creation, scheduling, and posting of social media content specific to Cloud9 locations
• Support in-store marketing needs, including signage, product features, and event coordination
• Help track promotional performance and assist with basic reporting
• Knowledge and experience with Alpine Loyalty software 
• Perform other administrative or clerical duties related to marketing execution

 

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Dutchie, online menu systems, or digital cannabis retail platforms is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry, including product types and retail trends
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Self-starter who works well independently and in collaboration with others
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience preferred
• Experience with tools like Canva, Instagram, and social scheduling platforms is a plus
