Senior Financial Reporting and Process Analyst

Together we're on a mission to power every property in the world and to do that, we need to find the best talent in the world. That's why we're on the search for a superstar Senior Financial Reporting and Process Analyst.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional with strong data analytics and reports / process automation expertise to join our team and transform complex datasets, integrating them in our Accounting System. We also expect this professional to have a solid background in month-end close processes and accounting.
Location: Sao Paulo - Brazil
What You Will Do:
- Leverage data across different software, extracting and manipulating large datasets, to integrate in our Accounting System, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Automate accounting and financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational processes with financial and accounting processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements and conduct root cause analysis of financial anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the accounting operations for the Brazilian entity.
You’ll Succeed With:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and automation tools, with desirable knowledge in SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and budgeting processes.
- Exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and able to identify patterns, trends and anomalies in the data.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have (optional):
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
