Do you want to work with a collaborative, growing, digital educational-marketing company and use your experience in online advertising? CloudControlMedia, LLC (a QuinStreet subsidiary) is hiring a full time, on-site position to manage and help grow existing digital customer relationships for online lead generation and work with our paid media team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client reporting, analytics, and proposals
  • Vendor management of online lead generation partners
  • Responding to client requests, updates, questions etc. by email or phone
  • Assisting with client fulfillment including campaign set ups and management of online lead generation partners
  • Order processing, data entry, and onboarding of new and existing clients
  • Tracking system operations and updating including some data entry.
  • Customer-centric process improvements.
  • Analysis of delivery for clients including system reporting, reconciliation and spot checking of client landing pages or creative assets
  • Coordinate, track and deliver on small to medium client requests that may include collecting of call recordings, lead details, URL’s, etc.
  • Collaborating with media partner systems to reconcile specific lead statuses against internal lead management systems

Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or relevant marketing fields
  • Technology proficiency is a strong plus
  • Experience with online lead generation purchasing and management
  • Experience with Higher Education marketing and/or lead generation is a plus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (Pay Per Lead, Pay Per Click, Display)
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel and pivot tables
  • Experience with Tableau Software is a plus
  • Proficient in web-based tools including reporting and lead management systems
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce, Velocify)
  • Customer-centric process improvements
  • Self-starter and analytical curiosity a must
  • Effective internal and external communication skills both written and oral
  • Detail oriented and able to update systems with high accuracy
  • Must be responsive to time-sensitive requests
  • Must be polite and professional, and able to adequately represent the organization

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 USD to $100,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
