About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated Director / Sr Manager Technology Alliances to identify, develop, and manage strategic technology partnerships that drive significant revenue growth and market expansion for Cloudian. This role is crucial for shaping joint go-to-market strategies, enabling sales, and ensuring successful integrated solutions leveraging Cloudian's object storage platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue & Partnerships: Create and execute strategic technology alliances to generate new revenue opportunities for Cloudian and partners.
  • Joint GTM Strategy: Define market requirements, analyze performance, and lead joint GTM strategy and execution with partner alliance, sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, resolving issues and advocating internally for both Cloudian and partners.
  • Solution Launches: Work cross-functionally to execute and deliver successful joint partner solution launches.
  • Sales Alignment & Enablement: Ensure close collaboration and enable Cloudian and partner sales teams on joint sales motions.
  • Market Promotion: Represent Cloudian and partner solutions at industry events, webinars, and other forums to drive leads, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Establish, manage, and communicate key metrics and revenue targets, collaborating with Cloudian Sales and partners to exceed goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strategic & Analytical: Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems, analyze data, and create actionable plans.
  • Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams to foster successful partnerships.
  • Executive Communication: Clear, effective communication and strong presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior management.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical understanding with a track record of driving emerging technologies.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills across all management levels, internal and external.
  • Domain Expertise (Highly Desirable): Business/technical knowledge in at least one of storage, analytics, data protection, hybrid/multi-cloud ecosystems.
  • Experience: 5+ years in product, partnership, or technical roles in enterprise technology/storage, with 3+ years in a partner-facing capacity. Solutions marketing/management experience is a plus.
  • Education: BS/BA in Computer Science desired; MBA is a plus.
