Location: Bangalore [This role requires travel to customer locations in India and abroad]

Role overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Client Account Management Leader to drive strategic growth across key global accounts while building a high-performing team. This is a player-coach role: you will manage a portfolio of top-tier clients personally, while also mentoring, developing, and leading a global team of client account managers.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on client engagement, has a global mindset, and excels in cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent value to clients and measurable revenue outcomes for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Player Responsibilities

  • Personally manage and grow a portfolio of high-value, strategic global accounts.
  • Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Identify client needs, align solutions, demonstrate product capabilities and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally to influence product, operations, and delivery.

Coach Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a global team of client account managers, setting clear performance goals and providing regular feedback.
  • Establish account planning, QBR, and relationship management best practices across regions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations to align client strategies with company goals.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent; foster a high-performance, client-centric culture.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients stakeholders (technical owner as well as procurement), understanding their needs and goals, and crafting a suitable deal for upsell and cross-sell.
