Partner Alliance Manager

North America, Remote

CWX is looking for a Partner Alliance Manager to join our collaborative Sales and Alliances team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a candidate located in North America as you will be required to travel 20% of the time to be onsite for key meetings and events.

As a Partner Alliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in owning, managing, and accelerating our critical partnership with Google Cloud. This involves working alongside our sales and leadership teams to drive co-sell revenue and overseeing key operational and vendor management functions that support our growth. You will be instrumental in building our joint go-to-market strategy and ensuring its successful execution.

This is an amazing opportunity to get involved in an engineering-focused cloud consulting company that provides the most elite technology resources to solve the toughest challenges. Each member of our team adds unique value to the business and the customer. CWX is committed to a culture where we attract the best talent in the industry. We aim to be second-to-none when it comes to cloud consulting and business acceleration.

This role is an immediate full-time position.

  • Sales Operations: Act as a key strategic partner to our in-house operations specialist, together driving the effectiveness of our Sales and PS teams. You will share responsibility for the health of our Salesforce (SFDC) instance, focusing on creating and optimizing reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide critical insights into partnership performance and sales KPIs.
  • Business Development: Act as a key customer-facing representative in joint selling motions, confidently articulating the CWX story to partners and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with CWX's technical, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment, enable our sellers, and guarantee partnership success.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within a B2B SaaS or cloud technology company.

  • Salesforce Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), including reporting, dashboard creation, and pipeline management.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with a proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders, partners, and customers.

  • Customer-Facing Acumen: Ability to serve as a key point of contact for customer interactions involving the Google Cloud partnership, flexing into a direct selling role when needed.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
