Partner Alliance Manager
CWX is looking for a Partner Alliance Manager to join our collaborative Sales and Alliances team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a candidate located in North America as you will be required to travel 20% of the time to be onsite for key meetings and events.
As a Partner Alliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in owning, managing, and accelerating our critical partnership with Google Cloud. This involves working alongside our sales and leadership teams to drive co-sell revenue and overseeing key operational and vendor management functions that support our growth. You will be instrumental in building our joint go-to-market strategy and ensuring its successful execution.
This is an amazing opportunity to get involved in an engineering-focused cloud consulting company that provides the most elite technology resources to solve the toughest challenges. Each member of our team adds unique value to the business and the customer. CWX is committed to a culture where we attract the best talent in the industry. We aim to be second-to-none when it comes to cloud consulting and business acceleration.
This role is an immediate full-time position.
Insight on your impact
- Alliance Management: Develop and nurture strong, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at Google, including Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and sales teams, to drive partnership success.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy with Google Cloud to drive sourced and influenced revenue through co-sell and co-marketing activities.
- Vendor & Events Management: Lead the sourcing, contract negotiation, and relationship management for external vendors, including event organizers and marketing agencies, to enhance our market presence.

- Sales Operations: Act as a key strategic partner to our in-house operations specialist, together driving the effectiveness of our Sales and PS teams. You will share responsibility for the health of our Salesforce (SFDC) instance, focusing on creating and optimizing reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide critical insights into partnership performance and sales KPIs.
- Business Development: Act as a key customer-facing representative in joint selling motions, confidently articulating the CWX story to partners and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
