Recruiter, Provider Engagement & Success

Remote - USA

The Clover Recruiting team is driven by a central mission: to build a diverse, values-driven, and high-performing workforce. We achieve this by attracting and engaging top talent and providing a positive, authentic, and transparent candidate experience. We are passionate about assembling a team from diverse backgrounds—ranging from Engineering to Nursing—to tackle the world's most complex problem: healthcare.

We are looking for a highly strategic Recruiter to join the Talent and Recruiting team. This isn't just about filling seats; it’s about being a force-multiplier for Clover’s growth. You will focus on scaling our growth-oriented teams across two critical lines of business: Counterpart Health, our technology-driven subsidiary, and Clover Care Services, our clinical delivery arm. The ideal candidate understands that modern recruiting is a blend of high-tech and high-touch. You know how to leverage AI and data to streamline the "top of funnel," but you also recognize that the "last mile" of recruiting—discerning culture fit, building deep relationships with hiring managers, and pitching a mission—requires a truly human expert.

As a Recruiter, you will:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for key teams within Counterpart Health and Clover Care Services, partnering with senior leadership to design strategic hiring plans and effective job descriptions.
  • Navigate the build-from-scratch environment of a scaling business unit, developing creative sourcing tactics to engage passive talent in new and existing markets, educating new hiring managers to our process and values, and increasing pipeline diversity.
  • Be a strategic advisor to hiring managers, helping them understand role scope and business objectives while holding teams accountable to an equitable and rigorous interview process.
  • Master the data by leveraging our tech stack to identify blockers, build performance dashboards, and provide meaningful solutions for process improvement.
  • Enhance the Clover talent brand to attract top-tier candidates who are mission-aligned and eager to tackle complex healthcare challenges.
  • Collaborate across People Operations on large-scale projects, helping to mentor junior team members and evolve our talent strategy.

Success in this role looks like:

  • 90 Days: You have built deep relationships with your hiring managers, mastered our ATS workflows, and are actively managing a healthy candidate pipeline.
  • 6 Months: You are driving measurable improvements in time-to-fill and candidate quality for niche roles, while contributing to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Future: You are recognized as a key strategic partner who has successfully scaled high-performing teams, helping Clover achieve its growth goals while strengthening our culture of inclusion.

You should get in touch if:

  • You have the experience: You have at least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in-house (preferably in a high-growth startup or health-tech environment).
  • You know the "Growth" landscape: You have a proven track record of hiring provider-facing, business development, or growth-oriented roles, ideally within the med-device, health-tech, or value-based care space.
  • You are a strategic "System Builder": You are energized by ambiguity and enjoy building the "playbook" rather than just following one; you understand the tradeoffs between automation and human discernment.
  • You are data-driven: You enjoy making sense of trends and using insights to better your process, with experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
  • You are a relationship-builder: You understand that exceptional candidate experience is a "no-brainer" and you can influence at all levels of the organization.

Benefits Overview

  • Financial Well-Being: Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. Additionally, we offer a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward exceptional contributions.
  • Physical Well-Being: We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families by providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health matters to us, and we invest in ensuring you have access to quality healthcare.
  • Mental Well-Being: We understand the importance of mental health in fostering productivity and maintaining work-life balance. To support this, we offer initiatives such as No-Meeting Fridays, monthly company holidays, access to mental health resources, and a generous flexible time-off policy. Additionally, we embrace a remote-first culture that supports collaboration and flexibility, allowing our team members to thrive from any location.
  • Professional Development: Developing internal talent is a priority for Clover. We offer learning programs, mentorship, professional development funding, and regular performance feedback and reviews.

Additional Perks:

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted equity opportunities
  • Reimbursement for office setup expenses
  • Monthly cell phone & internet stipend
  • Remote-first culture, enabling collaboration with global teams
  • Paid parental leave for all new parents
  • And much more!

About Clover: We are reinventing health insurance by combining the power of data with human empathy to keep our members healthier. We believe the healthcare system is broken, so we've created custom software and analytics to empower our clinical staff to intervene and provide personalized care to the people who need it most.

We always put our members first, and our success as a team is measured by the quality of life of the people we serve. From Clover’s inception, Diversity & Inclusion have always been key to our success. Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
