Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to support our sales teams while ensuring projects move seamlessly from proposal to delivery. This hybrid role combines client support, product sourcing, quoting, order processing, vendor management, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys quality control and has a passion for keeping projects on track while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Client & Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the account team to support growth objectives and present tailored product solutions based on customer needs assessments.
  • Source and recommend promotional products, apparel, print materials, and branded merchandise solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and product recommendations based on client needs and objectives.
  • Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
  • Maintain consistent communication with sales and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support prospecting and outreach efforts with existing and prospective accounts.

 

Project & Order Management

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently within company systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding pricing, production timelines, inventory availability, and shipping schedules.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track project status and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

 

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as a liaison between sales, operations, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support team success.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness through email, phone, and messaging platforms.

 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in the promotional products, branding, marketing, or apparel industry preferred.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • Full-time, in-office position located at Club Colors headquarters.

Hourly Pay Range:

$22 - $24 USD
