Position Summary

The AGM primarily assists the General Manager (GM) and/or the Studio Manager (SM) with studio functionality, sales execution, staff oversight, and retention efforts. Also works closely on event planning, social media management, and team development activities. Club Pilates prioritizes career advancement within the organization and seeks to offer unlimited growth potential to those who thrive. 

Compensation and Benefits

This role is compensated at $23/hour plus commissions for your personal sales, consistent with the current commission sales program. Additionally, our AGM is bonus eligible, contingent upon KPI performance. 

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

Sales & Membership

  • Execute and enforce the studio’s sales process (lead generation, follow-up, closing)
  • Maintain personal sales performance and support team goals
  • Achieve 60% conversion rate for intro classes
  • Lead intro classes and build member relationships
  • Ensure GMOS (Goals, Motivation, Obstacles, Schedule) are gathered for quality interactions
  • Contact new leads within 5 minutes of inquiry

Member Experience & Retention

  • Resolve member issues and billing concerns
  • Run biweekly retention reports (Lost Sheep, Past Dues, Club 100/250/500/1000)
  • Maintain positive energy and team morale
  • Ensure PATH & CARE standards are upheld

Studio Operations

  • Maintain retail inventory and drive merchandise sales
  • Ensure studio cleanliness and retail presentation
  • Schedule and staff studio appropriately
  • Oversee daily performance of sales reps and support staff in daily operations

Team Development & Events

  • Support SM in planning and executing in/out-of-studio events
  • Manage studio social media presence
  • Lead sales workshops and roleplays
  • Develop personal selling skills

Reporting & Communication

  • Run weekly reports: Club 100, expired/expiring credit cards
  • Communicate studio/staff issues to RM & SM
  • Escalate member/staff concerns as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and management  (retail, fitness, or service industries).
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to create a high-performance sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Highly organized with proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and studio management software.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness, with knowledge of boutique studio sales (preferred).

The actual rate offered may depend on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Incentive pay, bonuses, and benefits may be offered in addition to base pay, where applicable.
