Position Summary
The Sales Representative supports the General Manager in driving new membership sales and retaining current members. This role focuses on lead generation, booking demo classes, and promoting the studio’s services. While Pilates experience is a plus, it’s not required. Club Pilates prioritizes career advancement within the organization and seeks to offer unlimited growth potential to those who thrive.
Schedule
- Status: Part-Time, Non-exempt that is eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours in a workweek.
- Hours: 15–25 hours per week
- Your schedule will be coordinated with the Studio Manager (SM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM), and will include evening and occasional weekend shifts.
- You may be asked to participate in training sessions and external marketing events such as community activities and races.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)
- Lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
- Conduct studio tours and assess client needs
- Maintain personal sales performance
- Promote the club’s fitness and wellness mission
- Present services to prospective and current members
- Book appointments to meet monthly sales goals
- Represent the studio at community events
- Continuously develop sales skills
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-driven with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Comfortable using Club Ready software
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to sit or stand for up to 8 hours
- Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
- Proficient in basic computer tasks
- Willingness to travel occasionally
