Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving membership sales, leading a high-performing sales team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role focuses exclusively on revenue growth, client engagement, and maximizing studio profitability. Club Pilates prioritizes career advancement within the organization and seeks to offer unlimited growth potential to those who thrive.

- 5-10% commission on personal sales

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)
- Membership Sales & Revenue Growth: Sell memberships, retail products, private training, and teacher training enrollments.
- Lead Generation & Marketing: Drive new business through community outreach, networking, and in-studio promotions.
- Sales Team Leadership: Train, support, and manage Sales Representatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Build strong relationships, ensuring high renewal rates and client satisfaction.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor revenue trends, conversion rates, and membership performance using ClubReady software.
- Strategic Sales Promotions: Execute studio campaigns to increase membership enrollment and lead conversion.
- Customer Support & Sales Optimization: Educate clients on package options and ensure a top-tier sales experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in sales and management (retail, fitness, or service industries).
- Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to create a high-performance sales environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
- Highly organized with proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and studio management software.
- Passion for fitness and wellness, with knowledge of boutique studio sales (preferred).

The actual rate offered may depend on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Incentive pay, bonuses, and benefits may be offered in addition to base pay, where applicable.
