Delivery Ready Associate (Pre-Delivery Quality Control)

Reports to: Quality Control Supervisor/Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Delivery Inspection:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards and are delivery-ready for our customers.
- Check for any defects, damages, or missing components and report findings promptly.
- Vehicle Preparation:
- Ensure vehicles are clean, polished, and properly detailed prior to delivery.
- Verify that all fluids are at appropriate levels and that vehicles are functioning as intended.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results and address any non-conformance issues.
- Complete required quality checklists and paperwork for each vehicle inspected.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with production, detailing, and delivery teams to address any issues identified during inspections.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during inspections and vehicle handling.
- Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to quality control processes.
- Stay updated on quality standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry and company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- License: Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
- Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
- Background Check: Clean criminal background check.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Location: Must be able to commute to Mississauga, Ontario.
- Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.

- Physically Fit: Able to perform physical tasks, such as bending, standing, and lifting, for extended periods.

- Physical Demands: Frequent standing, bending, and walking during inspections.
- Conditions: Work in indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
