About the role:

We are looking for a Field Operations Supervisor for our Field operations & logistics team. Our business operates at a speed and volume unmatched in the traditional car industry and we’re looking for a supervisor who can lead and support the field operations side of the business. Experience in Automotive, Logistics or B2C services is a bonus, but the ability to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced, environment is a requirement.

What You'll Do:

You will be supervising a team of Field Specialists responsible for assisting customers with vehicle drop-offs and off-site pick-ups. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and workforce planning: Managing daily field operations schedules and supporting future staffing needs
  • Training and onboarding: Ensuring new hires are properly trained and set up for success
  • Shadowing and coaching: Conducting regular ride-alongs and providing performance feedback to Field Specialists
  • Team performance and customer service: Overseeing team performance and ensuring top-tier customer service across all interactions
  • Leading by example: Jumping in to support field activities when needed
  • Process documentation: Maintaining up-to-date SOPs and quick reference guides for all field activities
  • Document accuracy: Reviewing and preparing customer paperwork ahead of scheduled appointments

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 or more years in a supervising role, managing a team of 5-10 members
  • Relentless desire for winning and high performance on the team
  • Comfortable with tech-enabled processes and proficient in using software tools such as Google Sheets, AirTable etc. 
  • You have an ownership mindset where you are end responsible for the results of your team and no excuses
  • Flexible schedule and are open to working evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable working on-site at our 13700 International Pl, Richmond location
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
