We’re growing rapidly, with in‑house re‑conditioning centres, a captive lending platform, and a national logistics network. We combine manufacturing‑grade operations with a tech-enabled consumer experience and plan to list publicly within 24–36 months, building the finance foundation to get there.
About the role:
Clutch is seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance to drive financial modelling, analytics, and insight generation for senior leaders and strategic initiatives. You will own the corporate model, deliver actionable analyses, and support fundraising and capital-market activities. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong analytical skills, ownership mentality, and a passion for improving processes and business insights.
What you’ll do:

Maintain and update the corporate financial model, building scenario and sensitivity dashboards.

Produce monthly business-review decks and departmental scorecards.

Conduct deep-dive analyses on strategic projects, unit economics, market sizing, and other business-critical areas.

Extract and reconcile data from Snowflake/Looker to the general ledger, automating reporting where possible.

Support fundraising activities, including financial modeling, investor meeting prep, due diligence, and lender covenant tracking.

Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions and strategy.
What we’re looking for:

3–5 years of experience as an IB/PE analyst/associate or FP&A analyst in a growth company.

Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (10/10) and comfort with other data systems such as Looker or Metabase.

Exceptional attention to detail, structured thinking, and ownership mentality.

Proven ability to build, maintain, and improve financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Strong analytical curiosity and ability to ask the right questions to optimize business performance.

Experience supporting strategic decision-making and cross-functional initiatives.
It’d be great if you have:

Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or capital-markets preparation.

Experience in high-growth environments with multi-functional operations (ecommerce, manufacturing, fintech).

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 annually
