About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment function during a phase of rapid growth. This role is critical to shaping Clutch’s workforce, culture, and employer brand. You’ll oversee the entire talent acquisition process, implement data-driven strategies, and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to ensure we attract and retain top talent. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role with direct impact on company-wide growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.

  • Partner with executives and department heads to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce growth.

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment across all departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.

  • Optimize and scale recruitment tools, systems, and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

  • Represent Clutch at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.

  • Manage external recruiting partners, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of developing and scaling recruitment strategies in high-growth environments.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies (ATS, sourcing tools, HR analytics).

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to analyze problems, resolve challenges, and maintain a strong focus on candidate experience.

It’d be great if you have:

  • Experience in high-growth tech or e-commerce companies.

  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies in competitive markets.

  • Experience managing external recruitment agencies and vendor contracts.

Employment Type:

New, Permanent Full-Time

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 annually
