About the role
We are on a mission to build a world-class team that drives innovation, growth, and excellence. As we scale rapidly, we are looking for an Arrivals Inspector to join our vehicle operations team. This role ensures that incoming vehicles meet Clutch’s high standards before entering reconditioning or sales, and helps maintain a smooth and efficient workflow across the lot.
What you’ll do

Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues

Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch’s quality standards

Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently

Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools

Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow

Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues

Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures
What we’re looking for

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately

Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

Basic knowledge of cars or willingness to learn

Valid G2 or higher driver’s license with a clean abstract

Able to drive automatic vehicles; manual is a plus
-
Comfortable using tablets or basic computer software

Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to pitch in where needed

Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs
It’d be great if you have

Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations

Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools

Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
