About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Shuttle Supervisor to lead and scale our wholesale shuttle operations across multiple locations. This role is critical to ensuring vehicles move efficiently between IRCs, production queues, and wholesale capture points. You will own day-to-day execution, build structure where needed, and act as the on-floor decision maker to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role means building a reliable, scalable shuttle operation where vehicles are moved safely, efficiently, and on time—supported by strong processes, clear accountability, and a high-performing team.
What You’ll be Doing
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 20+ shuttlers across multiple locations
- Own daily shuttle operations, ensuring vehicles are moved on time and aligned with wholesale priorities
- Act as the on-floor decision maker, resolving operational issues in real time to maintain flow
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and coverage, adjusting staffing and priorities as needed
- Build and improve processes, scheduling, and workflows to scale operations
- Identify bottlenecks in vehicle movement and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Reallocate labor and resources across locations to maintain throughput and meet targets
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate vehicle flow and operational priorities
- Step in hands-on when needed to support the team and maintain performance
What You’ll Need
- Experience in operations, logistics, fleet, or similar environments
- Familiarity with dispatching, routing, or workforce scheduling tools
- Previous experience leading frontline teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make real-time decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor, hands-on environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate vehicles safely
It’d be great if you have:
- Experience in automotive, fleet, or lot operations
- Experience managing multi-site teams
- Background in process improvement or high-growth environments

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
