About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Automotive Service Coordinator to support our evening shift operations at our vehicle reconditioning facility. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist customers with vehicle service needs, providing exceptional service at all times
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections
  • Accurately document customer concerns, service history, and recommendations to ensure all needs are met
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders
  • Provide customers with detailed estimates, timelines, and costs for services
  • Address customer concerns, answer questions, and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in automotive service
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized workspace

What You'll need: 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid minimum G2 Driver's License in Ontario with a clean driver's abstract is required.
  • Must be available a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

Employment Type:
