We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to be a trusted strategic partner for our business leaders. You will be instrumental in scaling our teams by identifying, engaging, and closing high-impact talent who raise the bar. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, owning talent pipeline creation, ensuring a world-class candidate experience, and strengthening our employer brand. Success in this role requires a proactive approach: you will move beyond metrics to drive accountability with hiring managers and relentlessly pursue speed and quality with hires. 

CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative Senior Recruiter who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better! 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the full-lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening and closing of engineering, data science, QA, design, product and sales candidates 
  • Work with hiring managers to get a deep understanding of their roles and work with them to optimize your recruiting strategy 
  • Research and mine various channels including LinkedIn, Github, Twitter and Meetup to build pipelines of technical talent for current and future hiring needs 
  • Represent the company at various networking events and career fairs as an employment and cultural brand ambassador 
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent to hone our talent acquisition strategy to ensure we have a consistent flow of candidates for technical positions 
  • Leverage data so we can better benchmark, forecast and report on hiring 
  • Complete any additional tasks as they arise 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification in a related field 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting with a proven track record of finding and hiring top talent in engineering, data science, QA, design, product and sales 
  • Amazing research skills with the ability to work autonomously to search LinkedIn, Github and any other relevant channels for qualified technical talent 
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to produce quality results 
  • Comfort with ambiguity and are flexible to adapt in a high growth scaling startup environment • Unwavering optimism, bias toward action, empathy and a sense of humor 
  • Data driven mindset who is meticulous when it comes to process documentation • Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems with a priority on experience with Greenhouse! • Ability to work onsite in our Cambridge office at least 2-3 days per week

Nice to Haves: 

  • Master's degree preferred 
  • Experience working in a high-growth, scaling technology company that has a reputation for hiring top engineering talent
