  • Gain exposure to the full account lifecycle, from the initial stages of a new product or account through funding and launch, and see how Client Onboarding facilitates the process across the firm.
  • Support Account Master enhancements, including gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and assisting with data governance initiatives.
  • Assist with the Account Master request intake and prioritization process, including organizing and evaluating enhancement requests.
  • Analyze data and processes to identify inconsistencies, opportunities for automation and potential workflow improvements.
  • Assist with Client Onboarding and Account Master process improvements, technology initiatives and other special projects.

  • Technology-oriented mindset, with an interest in leveraging technology to streamline workflows and processes.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, including coordinating multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and resourceful, taking the initiative to identify business/client needs and ask thoughtful questions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates inclusive behaviors in support of a culture that values diverse perspectives
  • Able to meet the firm's work arrangement policy in our New York City office (5 days in-office)
