The Position: 

The Senior Program Lead, Certification (Interim) is a central role within CTI’s Faculty Development Team. This role ensures that our Certification Faculty (certification program leaders, individual/group supervisors, and examiners) are well held, aligned, and supported through times of change and transition. Acting as the first point of contact for certification faculty, the Interim Senior Program Lead provides clarity, guidance, and facilitation to strengthen our shared commitment to excellence in certification. This role is a unique opportunity to influence the future direction of how Certification is held within the CTI system and the evolving Faculty Development Team structure. 

Please note that this is a part-time, interim position. It is 25 hours/week, fully remote for a 6-month period. North America EST, UK time and Central European time zones are preferred.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary contact for Certification Faculty, responding to needs, questions, and concerns with clarity and care.
  • Maintain strong and supportive relationships that reflect CTI’s values.
  • Lead and facilitate alignment calls with Certification Faculty, ensuring consistent understanding and practice across the faculty body.
  • Ensure Certification Faculty are up to date on all changes, including new pathways, reconfiguration updates, and process developments.
  • Update communications regularly using Co-Active Connect intranet.
  • Partner with our Chief of Staff (internal communication owner) to maintain clear information flow via newsletters, dashboards, and shared communication channels.
  • Support Certification Faculty in their reorientation to new certification pathways and program reconfigurations.
  • Provide resources and guidance to help faculty adjust effectively and confidently.
  • Collaborate with Faculty Operations and Scheduling to ensure smooth operations for certification-related activities.
  • Ensure practices align with ICF compliance standards and uphold CTI’s reputation for excellence.
  • Influence and help create the new iteration of how these responsibilities are baked into the future structure of the Faculty Development Team.

Basic Qualifications: 

  • PCC or MCC required
  • CPCC required (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach)
  • Experience as a CTI Certification Faculty member. (certification program leader, supervisor, or examiner)
  • Strong relational and facilitation skills; able to hold and guide a faculty group with clarity and warmth.
  • Comfortable navigating organizational change and helping others orient to new systems and structures.
  • Ability to collaborate across roles (operations, leadership, communications) to ensure a smooth faculty experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification Program Leader for CTI preferred
  • Front of Room Leader (FORL) for CTI preferred
  • Operationally minded, strong project manager 
  • Experience with tech we use: Zoom, Asana, Slack, Google Suite
  • LMS (Learning Management System) experience preferred

U.S. Compensation Range: $78,000-$96,000 annual salary (will be prorated for 6 months).
