Community Manager

United States - Remote

About Co-Active Training Institute:

As the trailblazers of coaching, CTI has emerged over the last 30 years to become the place where the best coaches and leaders are trained. At its core, Co-Active is a concept and modality on how to be in relationship with self, other, and a system. In the last ten years we moved from being founder-led to employee-owned and believe that our collective responsibility to our mission is what will make us thrive. Co-Active is so much more than courses, it is a way of altering how the world communicates, leads and creates change, and we believe that this change is and will be created by the people we train as coaches and leaders. We aspire to create a movement that brings more responsibility and wholeness to the leaders who want to create change at the level of self and system and believe Co-Active is the answer.

The Position:

More than 150,000 people around the world have been shaped by this work. Coaches, leaders, executives, parents, changemakers, and they share something rare: a common language, a shared set of values, and a genuine hunger to stay connected to what the work awakens in them. The Community Manager will launch and steward CTI's first global alumni community to life on a new platform. This community will be in support of 150,000+ Co-Active alumni across the world, individuals who have completed our programs and are seeking a place to continue their journey, stay connected, and deepen their practice beyond the classroom. This community will play an important role in helping us listen more closely to our alumni, using their experiences and insights to shape what we build next. This is a build-from-zero opportunity for someone energized by connection, learning, and experimentation.

As the organization expands its global footprint and deepens its commitment to lifelong learning, community is not just a nice-to-have, it’s a strategic engine; A core purpose of this community is to capture member voice and translate it into meaningful feedback that informs product and program evolution. It is how alumni stay connected to CTI. It is how the Co-Active model continues to grow its influence in the world. And it is how CTI demonstrates, in real time, that it practices what it teaches.
