Description
You will lead and scale a high-performing sales team, developing and executing a strategic sales vision to drive revenue growth and market expansion for enterprise-level clients in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a growing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including CISO's and security leaders.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities while expanding existing enterprise customer relationships with our Customer Success team.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless integration of sales efforts.
- Provide strategic sales leadership and drive consultative sales methodology.
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness through refined sales processes and tools.
- Represent Cobalt at industry events and networking opportunities.
You Must Have
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales leadership, focusing on cybersecurity and professional services.
- Proven success in consultative sales, building strong relationships with security leaders.
- Experience selling to enterprise clients, particularly to CISO's and security leadership.
- Background in offensive security sales or strong understanding of cybersecurity services.
- Strategic mindset with go-to-market plan development and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, articulating security value propositions.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive, adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to work remotely, ideally based in CST or EST time zone

Pay Range Disclosure (For US openings only)
Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is ($150,000 - $187,500) + commission + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
