Location: Preferably within 2 hours of New York, Washington D.C., or Philadelphia (Acela Corridor)

Position Overview
The Director of Technology Integration will lead the end-to-end implementation of technology across newly acquired businesses. This role is central to streamlining post-acquisition technology integration, managing implementations across our partner companies, and building a scalable, repeatable playbook for future acquisitions.
This high-impact role offers significant visibility with leadership and the board and will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of technology integration across acquired companies, including planning, implementation, and optimization.
- Manage tech stack integrations, across existing companies and newly acquired ones.
- Build a scalable and standardized technology integration playbook to support future M&A activity across CSP’s growing portfolio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with M&A, operations, finance, and technology teams to align tech implementations with business needs.
- Provide structured project management to ensure timely and successful technology rollouts.
- Manage and develop a growing team of project managers and integration specialists.
- Serve as the technology integration point person for leadership, with regular updates to the executive team and board.
- Drive adoption and optimization of tools such as ServiceTitan, Inova, and Sage Intacct (ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required).
- Bring a strong understanding of partner company workflows, operations, and their impact on business performance.
- Establish and implement continuous improvement processes.
Ideal Candidate
- Acquisitive Tech Integration Experience: At least 3 years of experience implementing technology in highly acquisitive, private equity-backed environments, with a strong emphasis on standardization and change management.
- Field Services Fluency: 3 years of experience implementing technology in field
services environments with stakeholders who have diverse technological backgrounds. - Data and Business Intelligence: 3 years of experience implementing data and BI strategies in acquisitive environments.
- Commercial Orientation: Fluency with financial and operational metrics, with the ability to step out of technical weeds.
- M&A Proficiency: Familiarity with acquisitive business models and their risks/rewards.
- Working knowledge of core cybersecurity concepts (e.g., SSO, MFA, firewalls, proactive threat detection, etc.).
- Ability to manage and lead effectively in matrix style reporting environments.
- Structured Problem-Solver & Communicator.
- Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of field operations.
- Humble leadership style with a growth mindset.
- Able to create clarity and structure in ambiguous environments.
Industry Experience (Preferred):
- Experience in commercial field services (e.g., HVAC, restoration, fire & life safety, etc.) or similar operationally intensive, multi-site service businesses is preferred.
