We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our Dallas team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the security integration space and thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals. The right candidate will have experience selling access control, CCTV, or structured cabling solutions and a track record of success in consultative or technical sales.
In this role, you will…
- Develop new business opportunities with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and client meetings to proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Partner closely with operations and engineering teams to design customized security solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Stay current on industry technology, trends, and competitive offerings to position Flores as a trusted advisor.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the Flores brand.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and pipeline in the CRM system.
You’ll be successful if you have…
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in physical security, low-voltage, or technology integration.
- A solid understanding of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and network infrastructure solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and professional demeanor with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel locally throughout the DFW area for client meetings.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
