As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you won’t just be filling positions; you’ll be driving the future of our company. Your mission is to find the best Technicians and Sales/Accounting talent for our Partner Companies. You'll be the first introduction our amazing company culture, sharing why Cobalt Service Partners is the place to be.

In this role you will…

  • Perform High Volume Recruiting: Quickly hire Technicians in Doors & Security
  • Source Passive Candidates: Leave no stone unturned as you build a network and find the perfect candidate for a wide variety of functions
  • Own the Recruitment Process: Manage and track all phases of recruitment from job post to signed offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate and Create: Work closely with department managers to review job descriptions, understand role specifics, and set hiring criteria.
  • Join a Team: Our team of dedicated recruiters are excited to support your journey and brainstorm new techniques with you!
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure our hiring practices are compliant.
  • Adapt and Excel: Be ready to tackle other duties as needed and travel occasionally to support recruitment efforts.

  • Exceptional Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Role Understanding and Nose for Talent: You know how to ask the right questions to understand the ideal profile and screen candidates accordingly

  • Creative Sourcing: You’re able to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive Approach: You’re independent, take initiative, and know how to create urgency.
  • Time Management: You can juggle tasks and meet deadlines with ease.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: You’re familiar with laws and best practices related to hiring and recruitment.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Compensation and Timing

Compensation is structured as base plus commission, targeting $85k-$100k OTE, depending on experience. Cobalt offers a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 401(k) match, and flexible time off. Cobalt is looking to add this role in the near term as a critical investment in the company’s future.
