What we are looking for:

The Digital Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading and scaling Cobre's digital growth strategy, integrating organic and paid acquisition channels with a product-led vision. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, owning the digital ecosystem that drives brand visibility, demand generation, and product positioning.

The Growth Marketing Lead will act as a bridge between marketing, product, and sales, leading SEO/GEO initiatives, website management, multichannel campaigns, and the adoption of artificial intelligence to multiply results. We're looking for someone who not only designs the strategy but rolls up their sleeves and executes it, with a startup mindset and a focus on measurable impact.

 

What would you be doing:

Digital Ecosystem Ownership

  • Lead the comprehensive SEO, GEO, and LLM optimization strategy, ensuring Cobre is discoverable and relevant across traditional search engines and generative AI platforms.
  • Manage and evolve the website on Webflow as the central conversion asset, optimizing experience, performance, and content.
  • Orchestrate paid and organic channels as a coherent, integrated system, maximizing synergy between investment and organic growth.

Product Marketing Vision Across Digital Channels

  • Design and execute acquisition and upselling campaigns that drive visibility and positioning for Cobre's products.
  • Position Cobre as a product-driven and data-driven company through technical content, use cases, and thought leadership.
  • Translate product features into value messages that resonate with CFOs, treasury teams, and financial technology leaders.

Leadership in AI Adoption for Marketing

  • Identify and implement AI tools that optimize marketing processes, from content creation to data analysis.
  • Scale the marketing team's output by leveraging intelligent automation and AI-powered workflows.
  • Demonstrate through metrics how AI multiplies results in content generation, campaign analysis, and channel optimization.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Sales: align campaigns with funnel needs, provide qualified leads and support materials.
  • Field Marketing: integrate digital initiatives with events and field campaigns to amplify results.
  • Product Marketing: coordinate product launches, messaging, and positioning across digital channels.
  • Brand: ensure brand consistency across all digital executions.

 

What do you need:

Experience:

  • 6+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, product management, or digital marketing roles in B2B environments (ideally in fintech, SaaS, or tech startups).
  • Proven track record leading acquisition strategies: SEO/SEM, paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and website optimization as a conversion asset.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and squads (design, development, analytics).
  • Nice to have: experience in Product Marketing.

Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console) and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Experience managing six-figure USD paid media budgets and optimizing CAC.
  • Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and conversion funnel experimentation.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in marketing.
  • Experience with modern CMS platforms (Webflow, Contentful, or similar).
  • Advanced English (required).

Soft Skills:

  • Strategic yet hands-on profile: ability to set direction and dive into execution.
  • Business acumen and focus on measurable results (pipeline, MQLs, CAC, conversion).
  • Constant curiosity about new technologies, AI, and growth trends.
  • Team leadership with a focus on development and well-being.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
