The Role: We’re looking for a data-driven, results-focused Senior Manager, Acquisition & Paid Media to own our paid growth channels across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google Search, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and more. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that drive new customer acquisition across DTC, Amazon, retail, and professional channels—while making sure every dollar spent works harder than the last. You’ll lead acquisition strategy, manage budgets across multiple channels, guide external agency partners, drive results through hands-on campaign management and own channel execution. 

What You’ll Do

  • Run the show for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Bing and emerging platforms; work closely with our Amazon agency. 
  • Build and optimize campaigns to hit CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
  • Own annual and monthly acquisition strategy and budget allocation across channels.
  • Lead relationships with paid media agencies, ensuring accountability and top performance.
  • Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities, from emerging channels to advanced targeting tactics.
  • Work closely with Creative Team  to develop ad assets that convert.
  • Test, learn, and scale what works—quickly learning and pivoting to optimize our spend. 
  • Report on performance, pulling clear insights and next steps from the data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Brand, Retail, Sales & Supply Chain teams to meet our goals.

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 6+ years experience in acquisition marketing with a track record of scaling spend efficiently.
  • Proven success leading acquisition strategy across multiple channels and audiences.
  • Experience managing budgets over $5M+ annually.
  • Comfortable managing acquisition budgets and forecasting performance.
  • Proficiency in Looker (or similar BI tools) and ability to build dashboards from scratch.
  • Agency or vendor management experience.
  • Expertise in leading through influence to advance cross-functional priorities.
